I have been practicing law for more than 37 years. My practice is limited to Immigration Law. The INA is a known as the morst complicated legislation other than the tax code. For this reason, to become knowledgable and successful requires that the focus be narrowed to specific areas of the INA. I have narrowed by practice to Waivers and Litigation involving the I-864 and removal defense.

Unlike other attorneys, I limit the number of cases I will handle. I no longer care for the big office, receptionists, secretaries, and assistants. I prefer to work with my clients one-on-one. I will personally answer your phone calls, consult with you, complete your waiver and forms, and appear at your interview or hearings.
